How to Sign up for Pay Pal

I am Just Living in pakistan.... How sign up for the paypal account... the the pakistan country not in the paypal country list ???

and Tell me Method that if i will not entered the credit card and can use paypal account for payment.. sending and receving just

It is quite understood on how to sign up for Paypal, you fill up the Sign up form at paypal.com. If your country is not in the list, thats it you cannot sign up. Trying to circumvent the rules will result in your account being limited.
